About the Training
The training process includes as series of modules that describe the Wrap process and provide an understanding of how the motivational interviewing skills and mindset guide staff to better engage and motivate individuals, youth, and families to achieve their visions. Each module follows a specifically designed learning sequence that helps the learner build real, working knowledge.
When an individual or group register for the High-Fidelity Wraparound training, they will be supported by a credentialed trainer to debrief each module and discuss how to transfer the knowledge and activities of Wrap to their practice and the people they serve. These sessions can be offered in-person, virtually, or using a hybrid approach to accommodate different learning preferences and needs. The trainer will also work to support staff as they obtain their national credentialing by observing a series of activities that demonstrate competency in the field of practice and documentation.
We have built a national community of practice around High-Fidelity Wraparound and will offer shared learning opportunities beyond the initial training experience to continue to strengthen the process for your program.
