Our 2024 Annual Report

Sometimes the answers to questions are clear. But for some questions, there isn’t an immediate answer. The poet Rainer Maria Rilke says, “Try to love the questions themselves” when answers are uncertain.

This has been a year of questions for FamilyWise, which we explored through a strategic planning process and by launching a three-year strategic plan. The plan guides us as we answer questions about how to best support the community in child welfare and family wellbeing. You can read more about the strategic plan on page six of this report.

Thank you to all the families, partners, and supporters whose thoughtful engagement has informed our strategic direction. With parents as our teachers, we sought answers to questions about how systems can better meet families’ needs. To help support communities seeking answers, this year we tailored and expanded our training programs. We will continue to ask important questions and dive into the answers together.
