Description:
This 45-minute session is designed for Collaboratives participating in More Resilient Minnesota to get the most up-to-date information about Phase 4, which focuses on Community Resilience Plans and Initiatives. There will also be time during the session to address your questions about the process.
At this session, we will:
- Provide an overview of the purpose of Phase 4
- Review the focus of Community Resilience Plans and Community Resilience Initiatives
- Review the Community Resilience Plan template
- Review the schedule and criteria for the FY2025 Community Resilience Initiative Micro Grants (attached)
- Learn about resources available to support your Collaborative’s resiliency planning efforts

In this virtual workshop, Collaborative Coordinators and members of their Community Resilience Planning Teams are invited to learn more about strategies to support their community resilience planning efforts.

- Leverage Community Resilience Plans for additional funding and resources
- Engage proxies to lead and coordinate community resilience planning efforts
- Build and expand Community Resilience Teams
- And more!
The primary audience for this workshop includes Children’s Mental Health and Family Services Collaborative Coordinators, Collaborative Community Resilience Planning Team members, and other partners who are involved in More Resilient Minnesota.
