Brittany Seidel is FamilyWise’s Chief Program Officer, overseeing all Parent Support Services and Early Childhood Education Programs. She started at FamilyWise in 2016 in direct practice which then led her to her future goals of earning a Master of Social Work Degree at the Universities of St. Thomas and St. Catherine in 2019, the year before their individual Schools of Social Work separated. Brittany has worked extensively with families experiencing varied degrees of disruption from involvement in Child Protection Services, Department of Corrections and barriers of mental illness, chemical dependency and lack of stable housing/under-employment. She has an emphasis on ensuring high quality services through evaluation methods, data-driven decision making and relationship building. With a focus on providing staff the tools and environment to achieve self-efficacy, satisfaction and belonging.
