Senior Wraparound Facilitator
Aubrey comes to us with experience as a program manager for Rise, she oversaw a team of case managers who support day programming for individuals with developmental delays, was chair of their DEI committee, and is a certified trauma-informed practice trainer. Aubrey will support the Wrap team’s growth as a Coach and support our expansion into Anoka County as well as our Wrap Training in Tribal Nations.
