Young Parent Program Manager


Rochelle has worked in the nonprofit sector for the past 25 years. She started as an intern at a nonprofit as early as 1997, and has continued to work her way through each organization to become more educated with the work. She has experience in acquisition, building, zoning, development, management, and design. Along the way, she has helped families, individuals, neighborhoods and community organizations come together for specific causes, and has spent well over 2 decades understanding, developing, and training in policies, and procedures around Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Strategic Planning. She has a background in marketing, financial management, community engagement, housing, social work and criminal justice. She enjoys cooking new foods, understanding different cultures and traditions, social settings, and outdoor activities with her 7-year-old twins.
