In January, 2016 FamilyWise received a grant award of $24,000 from The Hugh J. Andersen Foundation to support General Operations. This grant allows FamilyWise to further its mission of providing services to end family violence and keep children safe, to stabilize families, improve safety, economic condition and family well-being. FamilyWise programs fit the funding priorities of the Foundation through direct services that serve children and youth, especially those that provide personal development activities, improve access to health-related services and provide educational opportunities and enrichment.
The Hugh J. Andersen Foundation is a long time supporter of FamilyWise and this partnership has had a direct impact on the communities of Washington and Ramsey Counties.
